This project has now finished for 2007.

Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park is home to one of UK's rarest breeding birds - the hen harrier.

The park's moorland landscape offers nest sites for this spectacular bird, as well as places for it to hunt small birds and field voles.

Join a guided walk for your chance of seeing a hunting hen harrier, and then from early June, get even closer to the action via fantastic live CCTV images from the nest being shown in the Muirshiel Visitor Centre.

You will also get the chance to see ravens, peregrine falcons and kestrels, plus a wide variety of mammals, plants and insects that make the Regional Park their home.
