I notice that some of the posts that are unanswered don't have the facility for a reply which is probably why they have not received any which is a shame.

They only look like they adon't have the facility to reply if you haven't joined the particular group. If you join the group then you can reply. Its something that appears to be peculiar to this forum and some people do not particularly like - there have been odd occasions when I have wanted to reply to a post that has been posted to a specific area forum theat I have never visited and it just doesn't seem right to join a local forum for the sake of a couple of messages. That's only my limited view of course.

Hi Bob i agree it's peculiar to this forum..to open the forum up i've decided to join every group, i hate to see posts without some sort of response.

Can I ask doggie how to stop all the e-mails when you do join a group, as you may know I am new, so I joined a couple of groups, but the next morning I must have had over 200 e-mails. Jan
Click your own name to go to your profile page. From there click Edit Profile. Scroll down the page to find e-mail options.
