Re: May 2012 Good egg post award goes to...Bob Philpott

I have just noticed this as I tend to ignore the sticky entries. Whilst I will quite properly say thank you to all who have commented, I am not a great believer in awards such as this.  The real winners on a forum like this are everyone who puts an entry on, everyone who answers someone else's question and anyone who keeps highlighting issues that affect our wildlife and environment.

I hope we keep doing this as long as we can.

Congrats Bob, well deserved :)

A massive congratulations Bob, a very well deserved award. You helped because you bought attention to their plight and that is a Good Egg thing to do, so you without doubt deserve the award.

And congratulations to Shane and Ray, both very well deserved, the Rye Meads thread was smashing to read, and the photos were wonderful, so well done to Aiki and Graham too.

And Ray, your Coal Tits thread was wonderful, done yer heart good just reading it and seeing the photos, something I'll never forget, it will stay with me it was so lovely.
