Hi all, apologies for the ongoing problem with your uploaded images. We have identified the cause of the problem but have yet to find a resolution. The images are being successfully uploaded and will appear at some point, but the copying process from the affected server to the other two servers is extremely slow. Thanks for being patient!
No problem Jason at least people know they are at least being uploaded and could appear at some point.

I don't know if anyone else is affected, but when I can't see the pics, I can't get the still cam either.

I can't see the stills cam Moffer but i can see the feeder cam, some photos have appeared it's just taking time to transfer to all the servers..this one had them missing www.rspb.org.uk/.../557504.aspx

I don't suppose that you could help us get the osprey live cam back up can you. It has been down since noon. It is my understanding that it just needs rebooting. Is there any way that you could help.
Hi Jason - we are having trouble with the Carnyx webcam and apparently they say it can be re-booted from LG VC - do you know anything about this or do you know who we could contact?? Have had no cam since this morning and it's such an important day or I wouldn't have asked!

Thanks for flagging this up. The issue that was affecting images a couple of weeks ago shouldn't have been causing problems yesterday, so this may be something else.

Hi Jason quite a few reported problems but the photos appeared for me again after a few hours and seems ok now.
