not seen barely anything lately i think cos of weather maybe but the last few days a couple of goldfinch have been popping in......i know quality isn`t good but for a compact it`ll do lol

Hi, I have noticed that the male bullfinches visiting my garden in Devon have a chest colour which seems to vary from light orange to a deep red. Could anyone tell me if this is natural or is it something that's not quite right with the bird itself. All replies would be appreciated. Geoff.
