Lose Weight and Raise Money for the RSPB

If you are looking for an inspirational story to help you get started on a fundraising project then look no further.  Martin Cracknell pledged to lose two stone before Christmas and has raised in excess of £700 so far!

By Martin Cracknell

At my initial weigh-in on 3rd September 2007, I weighed 17 stone 6 3/4 pounds.

As an extra incentive to lose weight I decided to make it a sponsored slim in aid of my chosen charity the RSPB.

My target was to lose two stone before Christmas.

Today, (29th Nov) I weighed 15 stone and three pounds.

Success!!!

I've lost 2 stone 3 3/4 pounds since 3rd September

Many thanks to all who have already sponsored or pledged to sponsor me. Including the pledged funds, I have to date raised over £700 for charity (target is £1000). The sponsorship made a real difference, making it much easier to resist temptation.

For those that have pledged to sponsor me, or would like to, it's now time to pay up! Either cash or on the website below please.
