Marathon Runners On Target!

Our two runners, Wendy Johnson and Rich Graham, are doing sterling work with their fundraising for the RSPB.

From publicity events, running tombolas and raffles to getting everyone and anyone to sponsor them through just giving, they are both bringing the money in.

Their target is to raise £1500 each, so far both of them are well on track but can we help them beat their targets!  How fantastic would it be if they could both raise in excess of £2000 each!  Thats an extra £1000 going directly to supporting the RSPB - to put this into perspective this could support 1000 acres of nature reserve land for a year!

Every penny really makes a difference and you can show your support by sponsoring our runners go to:

Gardens for Nature Fundraiser - 2008 Launch

This summer the RSPB is launching its first ever UK wide events fundraiser - Gardens for Nature.

This is an exciting new chance for you to fundraise in aid of the RSPB, by simply organising a social event in your back garden!  You can organise bring and buys, tombolas, donation boxes, raffles or bake sales.  The event is yours to design and run however you see fit, and of course you always have the RSPB supporting you every step of the way to suggest new ideas and guide you in the right direction.

We want to raise as much money as we can to fund our ambitious conservation projects and we need your help!

For more information please get in touch by emailing claire.price@rspb.org.uk or call 01767 693106.
