Top Lodge Is Tops For Teaching!

We are very pleased to announce that the field teaching staff here at the Top Lodge centre have been awarded one of England's first quality badges for teaching outside the classroom. The badges are awarded by The Council for Learning Outside the Classroom, and tells teachers that the learning experience here is top class, with expert teachers and a wonder programme of learning. Youngsters from 7 local authorities visit Top Lodge with their schools and can have either a full or half-day of activities, including hunting for minibeasts, dressing up as a red kite and learning about woodland food chains.

If your school is interested in visiting Top Lodge, please contact Justine Overton, our Lead Field Teacher, on 01780 444691
