Hello Everyone,

I joined the community a while back, took me till now to pluck up the courage to get involved in the forums,

this is the first forum I have ever joined, I have a long standing love of wildlife, back to my childhood in fact.

I am a volunteer at Dungeness RSPB visitor centre, where i started a couple of years ago when I retired.

I have been reading your  posts for a while, and I have found them very informative and interesting I hope

I will be able to contribute to the forums, I love all the photographs it makes me somewhat envious as my

photograph skills leave something to be desired.

thankyou

Regards  Derek

Hi NandW

Welcome to the forums. You're already off to a good start, you know about birds!  Unlike me who still has very much to learn.

The photography on here is amazing - like you, envy! - I'm trying desparately not to stick my bottom lip out whenever I see a great photo but alas on here there are so many......if the wind changed...!!

Regards

Kezmo

Hello NandW, good to meet you. Welcome to the forum, I am sure you will enjoy it here. There are many of us whose photographic results owe more to luck than skill (me, especially) so you are not alone!

The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.

The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
