    How was your Big Schools' Birdwatch this year?

    These choices are quite broad, so if you'd like to explain more then please comment too!

    • Great, we saw a large variety of birds and the children loved it (66.7%)
    • We didn't see as many birds as we'd hoped, but the enthusiasm of the children made up for it (0%)
    • We were disappointed by the lack of birds we saw (0%)

    • For one reason or another, we couldn't do our birdwatch this year (0%)
    • This was our first birdwatch, and it went really well (33.3%)

  • The whole school took part and we received donations of binoculars and help from the local bird club. We spotted a total of 23 different species, with highlights being a flock of 14 Bullfinches and a mixed flock of Siskin, Greenfinch and Goldfinch.
