Most of Fuerteventura is very barren & volcanic, but has its own dramatic beauty. This is a pretty little town, which is now more scattered due to the influx of tourists from Europe, who have bought properties. (some are very grand). We also saw here on this red volcano some more of the little ground squirrels shown in another of my pics: too quick for me to photograph!
