I had been in touch with Richard about the Osprey prints via the blog site earlier in the year. Anyone who signed up to become a member of the RSPB at Loch Garten would receive a free copy of the Osprey print, however I was at home on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada and anticipating a visit in July or August to Loch Garten and Aviemore, unfortunately my visit didn't happen till October, but true to his word when I arrived at the Lodge at the beginning of November my print was waiting for me still and I signed up. The framed print in the picture is not the one I received, mine is not yet framed, however I was really pleased to meet Richard. My photographer friend from Aviemore, David Gowans, is also aquainted with Richard so they were able to have a catch up chat too during our visit. Thank you Richard, I really appreciatedthe fact that you kept the print for so long for me.
