Well done Mark I have now voted,so easy not to bother with such things but pleased your prod had the desired effect and feel better for it.Feel sorry for the others as effort obviously deserves reward but hope the wildlife brings its own rewards.I still feel that as bad as it seems the RSPB is perhaps the only hope of getting more farmers to be wildlife friendly and perhaps in for the long haul similar to stopping raptor persecution.Hope I don't sound anti RSPB nothing further from the truth but subsidies don't count for much,farmers need persuading it is in everyone's interest in the long term to help wildlife and probably only RSPB has the knowledge to help the process but has to be carrot not big stick.
