Northern bald ibis

The Northern bald ibis is the rarest bird in the Middle East. We're tracking five of them via satellite transmitters as they leave Syria for the winter. Where will they go? Will they survive?

    Where is Odeinat going?

After spending weeks in a fairly small area in Southern Saudi Arabia, Odeinat finally moved 350km south into central Yemen on 1st November and we thought he might be finally heading further across the Red Sea... but no... the next day he went all the way back north again into Saudi Arabia, switching between sites there. BUT!! Now he's just headed south into Yemen once more, futher this time, and even closer to the Red Sea coast, so lets see whether he does now cross. We've given up trying to predict his next move!
