Lindybird

Love all wildlife, and am fascinated by birds, and am now in love with ospreys and birds of prey especially.  Dabble and doodle with words, and produce the odd poem and prose for family and  friends.  Travel abroad occasionally, but when taking holidays in Britain, always take Husband and faithful Dog, too, and we all go for a traipse in the countryside:  we love nothing better than being able to identify an animal or bird or to be honoured by the sight of something 'wild and free'.  Lucky enough to live in a house with a view of the fields, and often see a pair of Buzzards circling quite near.  ("Quick, get the binoculars out!")

Also enjoy reading, and do a bit of crafting, that is, make my own birthday & Christmas cards (its sometimes Christmas in July in this house!). Another passion is music, which I adore in all its forms, just everything & anything, pop, the classics, ethnic, brass bands, flugel horns, you name it! (except for rap, that is, which is not music...). Have 2 grown up sons, younger one is married & lives nr.Worcester, other nearby to us.

Lindybird you are so sweet! Thanks very much for asking after me. I'm doing better now since I've just worked it out with my sister where we can visit and stay at their house in Minnesota for Thanksgiving. I'm not working and neither is John so we have to budget accordingly, as you can imagine.

Thanks again and I'll see you on the group!

Hugs,

Hi Lindybird

It was so nice to find that you had taken time to ask "how I am doing", much appreciated. I am sorry to say that things are much the same, can't walk far for the pain. Sadly the new treatment has not yet started, the last test threw up a problem that has to be sorted before the new treatment can go ahead. I hope to know a bit more after Tuesday.

As I said on the comments Buzz looks like an old faithful. Will get round to looking at some more photos soon. Hope you and your are well.

Love from Sacha
