(Previously MargovR) Actually I joined in spring 2008 but lost my log-in so had to start over. Used to listen to the news of Logie on Radio 4 "World on the Move" when driving home from yoga class on a Wednesday evening, then found Loch Garden video cam and have been hooked ever since.
About the avatar - as I have explained on the LG blog "grumpy" is one of the many varieties of snowdrop that grow in the grounds of Cambo House near St Andrews. Open for visitors all year round but especially worth a visit in early February when the snowdrops bloom. It specially appealed to me when I saw it this year as I was a bit grumpy at the time - recovering from an operation and a bit low in spirits (but fine now and usually not grumpy!)
