Hi Patricia

Do you have RealPlayer installed on your computer? If not download it free from the Realplayer website. Once downloaded you boot up the webcam as usual and when you hover your cursor over the webcam window (near te top usually) you will get up a wee box that says "download this video". Click on it and it will record it for you. You can't do much with the file but if all you want to do it watch the action then it's fine. If you want to upload to Youtube etc then it becomes complicated and there are other ways of doing that but they're beyond me!! If you need any help then please just yell :)
