Ooooh never know what to say in these things. Um... In my thirties, originally from Aberdeen but moved down to Yorkshire four years ago to be with my Yorkshireman partner who I married last year. I work for a bank but don't be fooled, I'm a lovely person and don't work high enough up the food chain to qualify for big bonuses ;)

I also do a bit of jewellery making and run my own website selling my bits of shiny(which I'm not allowed to tell you about despite making no actual money from it, love nature and wildlife, grow my own veg, cook and bake voraciously, knit, embroider, make candles, make anything I can really...

Big fan of owls and raptors of all shapes and descriptions, which is probably due to being brought to Loch Garten as a nipper in the holidays. Also like rock and metal music, films and comic books. Haven't been a big commenter on the blog but a big reader...
