    Taken on 2nd October 2011. This stag was moving slowly through the woods parallel to the boardwalk. He stopped from time to time to 'pose' for me. This image seemed to capture his character better than any of the other shots.

    I photogrpahed this sika deer and then sat down to change cameras as I found some Fungi to photograph..my friendly deer wander to about 6 feet away from me and watched a couple of people on the boardwalk..then had a sniff at me then wandered off back the way she came..I thought she was going to sit down...

    Took this Sunday on our way back from Shipstall coming along by the fields above the farm. He was seeing off another big lad by standing about 50ft away from him and head lowered bellowing at him. He won!
