Seen on the Crook of Baldoon, mainly in winter, spring can also be good, flocks can be seen flying on the merse edge. nice to see one in summer plumage
Two great photos the dunlin is very good because they can be very difficult to get close enough for such a fine picture.
Thanks Paul. they seem to have a distance which they allow you to get close to them, by reducing your height, on your knees, you can slowly get even closer, the Tern took me about a hour, i was sat down with my back against a rock, with it 20ft away.
