Got another couple of pictures to compare.
The first is a photo of the 3 screens at Waltons when they were first installed along with the boardwalk (2003 approx)
The second is as they look today! Quite a difference as you can see.
They're in there somewhere! While the screens offer great views to the water and reed bed birds the surrounding scrub and vegetation plays home to a number of others. It's a particularly good area for Cettis warbler and Whitethroats during the spring! The weekly volunteers work hard to keep this area and the boardwalk etc looking good and in tip top shape. I think they are doing a fantastic job! Hope you agree!
