Sorry! Should have said 'Good Afternoon' All :-) I'm still lurking when I'm not posting :-)

Laddie is back, with part of a fish in his claws, not sure if it's a fresh one or something from earlier. Lady's not interested though, and Junior is snoozing off the last meal.
A thing of beauty is a joy forever.
Lady is shading the chick and the eggs. It doesn't look as if there is bright sun there though.
1pm and little one sleeping.

If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
Hi everyone, thanks to all for great captures and posts and to annette for the night watch. I'm not staying on to post today, I can hardly see the screen for tears over more sad news of Tore.. I keep telling myself I can't do this as I get too attached and just looking at this little chick and those at LG is heart renching to know this is more than likely them in the months to come.. It is best to enjoy them now and not tag them to worry over as we seem to have lost most of the tagged ones over the last 2 years. Ring yes Tag NO.. Rant over.
Nice big fish from Dad
He is waiting for Lady to take it off him
She is too busy preening.
BBL, Bye
I just saw something so sweet but my capture went wrong... Laddie fed Lady twice and now she has taken last bit of fish for her chick aww bless them all. Laddie just flown off now. :)
Just to let everyone know I have a houseful of family tonight, so not sure if I'll be able to get near the computer! Seems like all's well at LoTL.
NiteOwl: I haven't heard news of Tore; will check.
Take care everyone.
Niteowl, I am with you, ring but don't tag. there are so many ringed returning to the likes of Rutland etc but very few tagged juvies. the adults that have been tagged in adulthood seemed to cope better for some reason. are these backpacks valueable that the birds may be purposely targeted?
Wonderful capatures KATE and SANDRA - thank you.
Oh, what an awful thought LMAC !!
Tiger's index threads
I completely agree with you, Lmac and NiteOwl, - ring but don't tag.
It hadn't occurred to me that the youngsters might be targeted because of the visible aerials, but it is a possibility, especially in a third world country.
It has always worried me that the harness might catch on something, or restrict them in some way, and now so many are presumed to have died, it just doesn't seem a risk worth taking to tag any more of these beautiful wild creatures.
Junior having another little feed.
Obese chick alert!!!
