Alarm calling in the background. I think Laddie is seeing off an intruder

Lady is still wary, but the alarm calls have stopped

Lady is staring all around above her now. Laddie has returned to help guard the nest :-)
I will have to love you and leave you all now. Hope to catch up later, and maybe, just maybe, see another little one....
Bless her must be so hard for her thinking she still has to keep the eggs warm, but the baby cool, don't you just hope for good things for this beautiful lady, she copes so well with everything, I don't know why but my heart melts everytime I see her, and Sandra your pictures are stunning, and thnkyou sheryl for the link.
I just still wonder will we see another baby, if not will the chick take her mind off them or will she continue to sit like last year.
The more you rush, the longer it takes
Laddie has brought a whole fis to the nest, so chick has to wait until Mum eats the head. He's trying to get closer to her, but the sides of the nest cup are quite steep.
A thing of beauty is a joy forever.
Now eating a Fish, is this the same one as Rach said at 2.06???

Great pics everyone, thanks :-)
If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
Just caught up again and see we are still waiting for another egg to hatch - will they, won't they.
Some fantastic closeup captures from folk, thanks to all for the pics and updates.
Lady has had her back to us but has now moved sideways on and still trying to get comfortable in the nest cup. Is a chick hatching, she is looking intently at something.
No, just trying to get comfortable. Must be hot up there as it has been down here.
The nest is in dappled shade and there's a breeze blowing, must be a bit more comfortable for Lady now.
Just had a peep at Lady and she looks so comfy and happy, nicest Ive seen her really Laddie has just gone, and she is having a look underneath her is it the chick shes looking at or something else, are we still waiting.
I have never seen the nest looking this colour before.
