So meanwhile, back at the nest, again, at 10:13 hearing four LOUD cheeps I brought up the cam to find an empty nest. At 10;18 more cheeps announce the arrival of EJ(?) - sorry haven't been paying very close attention. Now at 10:40 EJ sits on the eggs, qquietly looking about.
Hi All,
JUNE I'm amazed that you have never seen a flock of swans.. we saw them everywhere on our holiday in march at Suffolk and surrounding areas, I took some nice footage of a flock swimming towards me and turned to my left just as another flock were flighing into land on the water... it was brilliant! then another day somewhere else I had to run for cover as some came running over as I got some bread out to feed the ducks and geese.. my OH was in stitches and said he'd never seen me move so fast! LOL He is doing a slideshow when he's got time, if you would like to see it when it's done I will put it on.. I don't want to bore anyone with lots of film so it will only go on by request. i will let you know when it's ready but it will be at least a week away.

BJag ~ Have a great night with your gathering of relatives... I hope you don't go home with too much of a hangover! lol ENJOY! :)
10:53 Cheepng calls me back to find TWO birds on the nest, with fish. One takes the fish and flies away, leaving Odin (forehead pattern) to take over the eggs.
Hi June,How ya doing honey (southern greeting) nice to see Odin in the sun,but looks breezy at LG.
Hi Lowry, your little quote above brought back a lovely memory for me, of friends we have who live in Florida who have visited & stayed with us many times, and he used to say "I said to Ma Honey", and we would chuckle as they were in their 80's, sadly "Ma Honey" isnt here any longer, so your little line to June brought back fond memories.
Hi Mary, that's the South Carolina greeting, then when you are leaving it's Love ya honey, love ya too.
Hi Lowry, LOL - Nice "Honey" talk here.
June must be out shopping now she has disappeared, which I should be doing, I have been trying to get things done all afternoon and I am still here. LOL
Cam seems to be down just now.

LOL, NiteOwl, but I'm not in Suffolk. I'm in southern Ohio USA. :)
Cam back on,and seems to be clearer to me now.
June hadn't gone shopping, just getting a bite to eat. Wonderful visiting this morning (it's still , well just now 12 noon sharp). Lowry, I particularly enjoyed yours and mary's honey talk. But I must go now; other things call.
I thought it looked a better picture but thought perhaps I was imagining things
