Question carried over from last night =
Would EJ and Odin do a WW with a newborn underneath them?
Thank you to MOFFER for the summary :-)

And another thing carried over, just in case Emma checks here rather than the "old" thread - the cam goes down every night at 2359hr, has been doing it for about a month. Refresh browser at or after 0000hr and it should be OK, but if you're using RSPB rather than Carnyx you'll have to re-zoom to 200%.
Thanks from me too MOFFER for the summary. As I said just before the cam went off Scylla, I would not be surprised if there is a new-born. Difficult to hear over the buzz but I thought I heard mini-cheeps. We'll see what daylight reveals.
Thanks Scylla - got the cam again.
I think I can hear cheeps too.

Thanks for starting the new thread, Scylla. I think I might've heard cheeps too but it's hard to tell because of the buzz.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
CCI do not remember a male brooding eggs after a chick has hatched
I think Monty at Dyfi broke that rule last year. See if he repeats it this year.
Is there a crack in the egg closest to the camera?
How kind of EJ to let us have a good look. All 3 eggs seem to be intact.
I wondered that too Tiger but think it was dark colouring on the shell. At least EJ is facing the camera now so when she stands up again, it will be visible.
Does anyone think there's a crack in the egg nearest the camera?
Here's the movie - there are some bad freezes, please let me know if it didn't happen live on your screens.
Heron77Does anyone think there's a crack in the egg nearest the camera?
It certainly could be a crack, if it's not a stray blade of dry grass or similar.
I haven't heard the cheeps but have turned my speakers up to listen again. What a terrible shame about the buzz.
Did not the egg seem to move?
