Apparently there is a power cut at the nest this morning and that is why there is no cam.

Yes I saw that yesterday. I am not sure how the apple got on the nest. Perhaps a crow?

Just read the latest blog on Ceulan, really good. I am out today, but hope the cam comes back on so anyone around can take some lovely pics :)
EDIT - I would think the crows would be most likely to have brought back the apple!
