scyllathat little "straw" is wriggling furiously and won't stop!
It's not there now, but either a feather or blade of grass is wavering in the same area.
Someone is on the perch:

Good morning everyone :-) Looks a fine day at Dyfi.
I caught FISH !!!!!!!!!! ;-p action at the nest ~06:56
and the train passed by a minute later.....
I missed it...the fish delivery, that is, not the train ;-) and Ceulan/Blue3C flew off with the fish straight afterwards.
Hello SCYLLA, 'jittery straw' must be the only such piece of material sticking up from the nest. Everything else must be more substantial..but then again, I'm sure you know/suspect that ;-)
Monty on the perch ~0703 ...
Now it's ~0737
and then he flew off for a short break.....
He's returned shortly afterwards but is involved in chasing Ceulan's friends away...not the right sort for Ceulan ;-)
ps. SCYLLA's 'jittery straw' can be seen bottom left looking orangey red.
Good morning, Scylla and Badgie - looks like a nice bright start at Dyfi!

Good morning all and thanks to Sandra, Starling, RTB, Badger and scylla for the captures. See Ceulan is still getting plenty of fish supllied by Monty. He is going to have to take the plunge soon and catch one for himself. Love the captures of them both on the nest. At least it looks a bit drier there today.

The scene a few minutes ago...
Really enjoyed seeing all the small bird visitors this morning - definite juv GSW (and maybe adult?) were seen in addition to blue tits and willow chiffs (well, I couldn't tell which as they darted around the nest). Camera operator was doing a grand job trying to zoom in on them but the focus delay on CCTV is a bit slow for tiny, lively birds!
Hi BIRDSONG, I saw a little bit of that but the birds don't stay stay in one place long enough to get into focus. Here's the only shot I took....
Thank you EVERYONE for such enjoyable captures and strange video :)
Had to take advantage of weather and start my autumn pruning - just horrendous and much more to do whenever the weather permits, so can't spend much time enjoying the threads. have a good day all.

Ceulan/Blue3C landed on the nest briefly and flew as the train came along......
The camera operator has found him in the field with his friend....
Hi everyone, thank you for all your pics and posts. I have seen no nest action today, although I am only popping in and out now and again :)
Edit Not true, did see 3 crows on the nest lol.

A while ago, just as I logged on Ceulan flew off his field perch and the camera followed him around. He tried landing on a distant tree but flew off again. I then got distracted and the next time I looked Ceulan on the nest eating Surprise! Surprise!
