Morning all: Well, not much has changed since Sandy took that photo except that nobody's feeding.
Not sure how long I'll stick around tonight; worked very hard in the garden today and will probably conk out early.
Early morning fly in from Laddie; don't think he brought a fish - well maybe he did. Hard to see; he's at the back of the nest. Yes! It's a fish; he's eating it. Lady and Dumpling don't look too interested right now.
Very breezy there today.
Well Laddie has been stuffing himself at the rear of the nest for the last 10 minutes. Lady was sitting watching him, but making no move to grab the fish. Maybe the late-night fish filled her and Dumpling to the brim. Anyway, Lady has now flown off - Dumpling is sitting in the nest cup looking around. Ah, Lady has returned and is doing her nails.
Now she keeps looking at Laddie as if to say "Do you mean to say you're going to eat that entire fish!" And there he is, almost standing on tippy toes with long bits of fish dangling from his beak. Charming.

Lady has not made one move toward Laddie's fish and Dumpling is completely disinterested. All is well in osreyland and I'm off to bed. Night all.

The more you rush, the longer it takes
Morning all.
Dumpling is on his own and very busy preening. Quite windy but fine at LotL.
A thing of beauty is a joy forever.
Lady standing on RHS Dumpling hunkered down Nice view of the loch
Good morning all and thanks to Sandra and Sandy for pics. Such a peaceful nest with Laddie keeping both Lady and Dumpling well fed. Good to see it is dry albeit a bit windy.
Margobird
Lady looking out acrooss the Loch at some, think they were ducks or swans swimming by, little pudding quite content to be with his mum.
Lady is on the far edge of the nest, and Dumpling is doing his best to get up there too.
Thanks for everyones Post & Pics - I never have time to keep up with this nest, but am a huge admirer of Lady and her history, and am SO pleased to see that all is well in this Ospreyland.
Dumpling got a bit too close to the edge, in the bottom one, I was in a panic!

Thank you to all for the great pictures! Dumpling was giving me a few heart stopping moments just now, seemed determined to stand on the edge of the nest!
A late lunch for Dumpling! Quite a small fish by Laddie's standards too.
