One-and-a-quarter hours ago I asked YouTube to brighten up a 30-second video - it's not ready yet >:(
Hi everyone, just logged on and will catch up in a bit. As the cam fired up GEM 2 (I think) also fired....away from the lens thankfully:)
tintinFor one day only the chicks have got nicknames of Queenie, Jubilee and Beacon in light of the celebrations . My grandsons idea....
Great topical names for the birds, tintin. Well suggested by grandson :-)
Hi all. Some great videos and wonderful captures. Thank you :o) Only 3 fish today so far. The wind must be giving Odin problems, but it sounds better now. The darn screen isn't clearing is it. rain forecast for tomorrow, so perhaps that will help. #2 just likes to poop in this direction :o(
mofferOnly 3 fish today so far.
I just popped back from sorting out a couple of LotL vids to say "Isn't it about time we had a fish?".
I somehow missed the names that Tintin's grandson christened the birds with for the day - EXCELLENT! Please thank your grandson, TINTIN :-* That's a kiss for him :-) I hope he's not too old for kisses ;-)
Lovely vids Scylla. I particularly love the one of #1 finding his voice, even if he was attacking the nest at the same time, lol. And you found #2's "bald" spot, well done. I'm sure that #1 keeps pulling his feathers out while attacking him. He has several of #3's feathers the other day as he flung #3 around.
Just caught up; once again treated to vids, posts and some lovely stills; it was interesting to see chick-oops-GEM 1 in wide view close-up, one shot in particular was really clear and the expression on the face, the eyes, was amazing. He/she looked quite vicious lol
FISH @ 2052hr !!!!!!!!!!
FISH @ 20 .52 number 4 and it's a golden flapper!
FISH at 20.52!!!!
Oh I hope that EJ isn't going to feed from the right side again, but it looks as though she is :-(
FISH!!! Brilliant delivery from Odin once again :-)
Thanks for all the updates etc :-)
Those GEMs are hungry. #3 doesn't look so small now, compared to the other 2. Those feet crack me up, they are HUGE.
Fish tail is still flapping
