Here's to another day in the 2012 LG Osprey season. Courage and Wisdom are getting more mature and closer to fledging by the day. I wonder if today will be they day they are ringing and tagged. Of course that all depends on the weather. They're both awake and enjoying preening at the moment.

Both Curry, and Wizzy are preening for Scotland at the moment. If there was a contest, these birds would win hands down.

As soon as the daycam came on, EJ started fish-soliciting. But then my connection went down a little while later.
Chicks are still lounging and EJ is still soliciting.
I heard an Odin chirp in the distance, and both chicks raised their heads. EJ is still gently squeaking. Wonder where he is.

At 03.30 one chick got up for a squit and potter, had a look over its future domain...
... and tried to pester the other into action:
After about 90 minutes of constant fish-tweeting (she wasn't shouting) EJ flew off at 0505.

Just a few odds and ends in the domestic chores department that couldn't wait 'til later, Scylla. Had to dry a few dishes and clean the coffee maker.
I had to ditch my coffee-maker and go back to instant because I gave myself the shakes - too yummy :-(
