Wendy - I used to have a feral cat that I fed, I put out his food in a bowl, every night the slugs would go into the bowl, it was like a snake pit. One night hog comes along finds them in the bowl, well you know what he did, the bowl took some cleaning!

It's only ever used for birdfood - had it for some years unused before 3 years ago - now I'm having to buy replacement parts for it!!!!! It only takes about five minutes to prepare food - it's buying it in that takes the effort but I have trained my neighbour to bring her bread crusts regularly so that helps
My photos here (eventually)
Still trying out their wings. !! I wish she would settle down and let me go back to sleep.
They look like they are settled now, so quick get back to sleep LOL
I love the way they snuggle up together, best friends!
Early morning breakfast or an important family conference? I just tuned in so I don't know what is happening, but I liked the picture with the three of them together head to head against the misty background.. There was lots of chitter-chattering if that is any clue.
Morning All
A gorgeous misty morning on the nest, lovely rich warm colours on the nest & feathers today.
Yes June that was an early morning breakfast delivered by Odin at 5.03.
lots of wingcersizing going on today, Ooooo !! it won't be long now.
catch you all later
Morning JUNE/SUGAR
Yes it won't be long now and hope they wait until saturday and can maybe see it - Only once have I been at ther centre when a bird has fledge.
JUNE - Are you taking up a new hobby - Photography - That is two early morning captures in the mist which makes a stunning picture - I think maybe a fish was involved.
Yes it is very misty - as I came in to work all offshore helicopter flights cancelled this morning (Fog Bound) to the oil rigs and it gets worse out into the North Sea - some of our workforce just hanging around then will go home.
Morning all. Lovely capture, JUNE. If the colour wasn't so good, you really wouldn't be able to distinguish EJ from her daughters now.
Morning all. So nice to switch on and see the sun shining over LG.
Cally and Alba are sunbathing with a spot of preening in between.
JUNE Thank you for that lovely early morning picture of the nest-- I'd love to beleive the family were having an important family conference!! You can just imagine it 'Well girls, what's the plan for today.? Will you try flying or just stay at home and chill out?
Whilst I type EJ arrives on the nest and is calling, can she hear/see Odin flying in ?
Morning all, yes Milly, lovely to see the sun shining now after such a misty start to the day.
Both resting as I watch but hopefully will soon be up flapping those wings.

Mornin' Folks, I'm glad you are enjoying my captures. However, any credit belongs to "NATURE", not to me. They are my last check-in before turning off for the night. The lighting that time of morning seems to be excellent for cam conditions. Colors are warm, bright, and apparently true, while details are clear and sharp.. The fog just adds that touch of mystery, or blur of color or j'en cet qois that I find intrigingly beautiful. I'm just glad I experimented with that snipping tool, so I can give you a small idea of what the nest loooks like while you are asleep.
Sugar, I think you are seeing it for yourself, so you know what I mean. and Milly I like your conference conversation.
Crikey, Alba doing a lot of wing flapping at present and jumping around the nest--wonder if she'll be the first to go. Cally stood at the back of the nest keeps looking over her shoulder at Alba as if to say. 'What the heck are you doing !
EJ on the nest and the girls are complaining 'What no dinner yet?'
