Linda : Thanks for all the lovely pics of the flower show. I am the same with sitting in the garden as I always see something that needs doing whether it be weed pulling or grass cutting or fence painting. The problem this year is that there has been so much growth and so few days to be out in the garden.
Annette : Not a great fan of synchronised swimming, I am sure synchronised ironing would be more entertaining.
Dibnlib : Thanks for the great pics of LAE. Hamish is not allowed in his run while the builders are working on the new boundary wall that the neighbours are building so he is a bit miffed. Hopefully we will get back to normal some time next week.
OG : Glad you managed to get some gardening done but sorry your wrist is sore.
Emma : That was a really cheap boiler repair. Sometimes you just have to pay in cash or you would never get the job done. This government is totally out of touch with reality if they think they can stop cash in hand jobs. Did you manage to get to Balgavies Loch when you were off?

Today we went to Stamford for a stroll around the town and then on to Elton for lunch. In the afternoon cut the front and back grass and took Hamish out for a short walk as it was a bit hot. Off to watch the Olympics now.
