Yesterday I asked if the osprey family were still around? The big question tonight is, "Is this the last Daily Update of 2012?"
It looks very much as if EJ followed her by now usual routine of bringing a fish each to the juves before she departed.
Both Cally and Alba did put in an appearance yesterday but have possibly migrated having realised that the fish supply is not likely to be what it was.
The pupils of Deshar shool must be rivetted as "their ospreys" head south.
So what will the day bring? As always we got to wait and see.

Thanks for starting the new thread, Tiger.
Time for me to fly off to roost. Happy watching everyone :-)
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
I hope we haven't seen the last of Odin because there's a lot of tidying up for him to do before he goes, as can be seen even by the light of the nightcam :-)

Evening all; all quiet everywhere.
Morning all. Thank you Tiger for starting what could be our last Daily Update :o( Many thanks Limpy for a great summary. So, in a few hours time we will know if the EJ and the girls and even possibly Odin have gone. All quiet at LG. Night cam is still on.

Gosh is that the time? :o Morning Moffer :-)
Would you expect Odin to do some more housekeeping before he leaves?
Day cam on.
My colours don't look at all the same, let's see what they look like on the page.
(They were pretty much the same so I've removed the pic. Shame I can never reproduce what I see on Asus 15" screen here.)
Morning Scylla. I don't know if Odin will clean up before he leaves. he made no attempt to land on the nest yesterday when there was no one home for most of the day. We will have to wait and see.
The dawn progresses:
What beautiful colours on the nest.
Morning Moffer and Scylla. I was just going to post a nest image - the colours are lovely as the dawn colours develop (but, as you say Scylla, the colours look so much richer on the screen). I find it hard to believe that no-one will arrive today!
Can't resist documenting this morning's arrival ;-)
Morning Birdsong. Will this be our last early morning all together?
