I am just watching Sanibel which is not a perfect camera but is is about time the eggs are due to hatch.  The first was layed on Christmas day Alan posted.  I cannot find my favourites so would check on ChloeB's spread sheet as I would have more of an idea.

Anything around 34 - 37 days. Average 35/36.

The first egg normally takes longer and hatches at about 37 to 38 days. Subsequent eggs usually take 35 or 36 days.

However there are no hard and fast rules as Dyfi showed last year. The egg that contained Dulas took 43 days to hatch. He took so long that the second hatched before the first but even the second egg took 38 days.  Egg 1 had been chilled for a long time and may have been an explanation for the delay.

EJ of course usually hatches her first egg on 36 days.

My calculations are 25th Dec. so 34 days now, so tomorrow or soon.

Sanibel is not a good camera but I did think maybe today but maybe a changeover as do not watch all the time.
