Jag, twice last evening I wrote a post regarding your slide and twice my message disappeared into cyberspace. If I loose this one, I'll know that gremlins are afoot.
Thanks for sharing these pictures with us and for the effort you took to post them for us. They were all interesting, particularly as I couldn't tell the roads from the rivers. Some of the small bridges looked as if it had been turned upside down with water running above the bridge instead of underneath as proper water is supposed to do. The houses in front of the great Forth Bridge look tike a child's wee toy village, The picture of the black swan caught my eye.
I didn't recognize the music. Does it have some significance or just something you liked?. Whatever, it is pleasing to hear and goes well with the pictures. good selection.
Hope you are settling back into daily routine very comfortably.
A quick glimpse of the nest before i get ready for church shows a sideview; I think it is Odin but I hesitate to make a positive ID without a better look at the forehead or breast.
Hope everything goes well for you B&B and that you have a great vacation and rest.

With much noise EJ returns to the nest. This time Odin has had his fill of egg sitting, for he promptly moves away from the eggs without any nudging from Ej. He immediately flies away and EJ settles in.

His folks a little gab from work..june the music is cannon by pachelbel.. I hope I got the spelling right. It was used in he movie "out of Africa" I think that makes it appropriate for the wonderful Ospreys. I also like it.. Just to let you all know and say thanks again the total stands at £2040.. another donation today :-)
B&B Kintyre is lovely.. If the weather is nice take the wee ferry over to Gigha. But above all, JUST GO AND HAVE A GOOD BREAK. Yes in July at fledging time.. Three musketeers shall decend on LG.. LOL.
All for one and one for all.
Tiger I am looking forward to watching this.. "global spring watch" should be fascinating.. I hope it's not in place of the real spring watch though.
Hi BJ
I too am looking forward to the program tonight,
I'm sure i read somewhere Spring watch is back about 28th may
Yes looking forward to the prog tonight, but I know the BBC have been filming at the American Bear Center since March,so wondering how live the prog is.
Surely they wouldn't risk another polar bear type scandal..as they did in the programme about the ice caps..
Hi BJ,that's what I wondered,you never know.
I've just looked in on the nest, there sits EJ in the bright evening sun,
she has just got up & had a little walk around the nest, moved a bit of moss, and
has now settled down on the eggs again, EJ is a gorgeous colour when the sun shines on her back feathers.
