And so another day in the osprey saga is upon us. Will we see the osplet by dawn?

I'm bringing forward the last 2 mini-vids so that morning joiners have continuity - and in case nothing else reveals itself:

2350hr Look under EJ's wing...

EJ is fidgeting a lot right now...There is something white under there, but is it an egg??
hmm, both the video and recent live footage is inconclusive. The large expanse of white could be EJ's own feathers. We need a better view...
EJ is fidgeting about continuously, and mantling. This looks more like chick brooding than egg incubating behaviour to me...
Both the pixellation and the sleet on the camera are making this a rather frustrating experience :-/
Heard cheeping as EJ bears the sleet/snow
How about being born into this though?? What a rude awakening this will be after over 5 weeks snug in an egg.
Hello birdsong, welcome to the night shift! Will we see an osplet? Or will it wait for better weather? Personally, if I put my head out of an egg and came across all this, I'd be straight back in again LOL
The sleet is covering both EJ and the nest. If it weren't for the odd shuffle she would blend into the background
I'm trying to extract snippets where EJ "lifts", nothing spectacular yet but the babe is still chirping periodically.
Go for it scylla :-) I'm making an extended recording, and will look at it later
Sorry for delay, been weeding out false alarms. See what you think, but I think that nest debris is distorting the picture - as if we needed anything else!
EJ sitting up and giving herself a good shake
Occasional chick noises when she moves
