# 1 & #2 have their eyes on each other so they may not  notice him for a while .:)

All  #3 has to do is  hold on for a few more days . Then EJ will start letting #1 & #2 eat all they want.  When that happens they turn away from the fish when they are full leaving plenty for #3.   When they are  only a few days old she doesn't let then stuff themselves. I suppose like kids they could  eat until they get sick .

I am recording, but I have to feed the dogs. Jake is doing better today :o) He is moving a lot easier and less wobbly. I think that the steroids are working.

Ej is feeding them again and the Little one is  right in the front and  getting fed!!

i can't belive #3 got itself to the front already... it;s going to do well :P

Oh bless. #3 is getting fed too. He's a strong lttle'un, not too bobblehead at all.

Now EJ is reaching into the nest  cup to be sure #2 eats too

EJ does her best to  divide the food evenly .

#3 has had enough. Good for you little one. #1 and #2 are eating now. I just love EJ's calls. What a phenomenal mother.

Feed over for now. EJ's cleaning up the bits dropped, and settles down. Odin is still in the tree.

I've set up my new hifi and it doesn't work but got the TV sound back by restoring to shipping condition.  I expect I've wired up the hifi wrongly, am not worried yet.  Just so's you know ;-)

MOFFER, gorgeous stills, the one you posted @ 5.01 showing all the 3 chicks so clearly really touched me when I suddenly came upon it.  And I'm so pleased that Jake is feeling better :-*  What a good start to my day! :-)

06.13 second feed from fish 1. #3 has got to the front for this feed and is fed, aww. #2 is bringing up the rear. All happy chicks with no squabbling.

moffer I am so happy you were able to record those feeds. The day people who were worried about  little #3 will be thrilled to see  by the second feeding he was  right up front getting his share

Oh Scylla. I am so relieved today. Jake has his appetite back, and is a lot happier. #3 has had his first feed and wasn't picked on. Life is good this morning.

04.14 EJ takes a break. Chick #3 is at the front of the pic near shell. It's so small compared to the others.

Morning Patily :o) Isn't #3 great. Small and cute, but he has determination.
