A headless nighttime EJ.
Just as I think the bobbleheads have gone to sleep, one of them starts shouting again. Poor EJ looks like she wants to doze off but can't get the chance.
The bobbleheads are chattering again. Just wait til they're GEMS and shouting for fish. Ear plugs at the ready ;-)
It's lovely how EJ is so tender and patient with them.

They are already trying to get out of the nest cup. EJ saw this too and has been moving branches to reinforce the barricades :)

Back she comes. It was nice the way she was making gentle contact calls to the chicks.
WOW I just saw #1 ( I think) scratching/grooming his/her new feathers . That chick is only 7 days old and is already grooming.
