Thanks just caught Lotl zooming...
It is now,LOL! and much deserved after Ladys share of ups and downs last year and this..
Am following other Osprey nests and leaving it to all the capable commentators, also following my beloved Barn Owls, who are down to three from seven, am just hoping that this cold and wet weather will not mean less food for the little one of the three, and we end up with Two.

I know what you mean RtB. Last two years it was LOTL that I worried about, this yeasr with one wee chick and a huge influx of fish Lady is sorted. Laddie has proven many of us doubters completely wrong.
Last weekend it was Dyfi that consumed my time with worry, this week it is LG. When will peace reign again.
Notice the increase in height of Moss within the cup.

Good afternoon all and thanks for all the posts and pics. Must say it is a much happier read than that at LG. This chick has had a great start to life, plenty of fish, a caring Mum and a good Dad who keeps them supplied with fish. Has grown so much in just a couple of days it is hard to believe. Hope they will not get the awful weather forecast for a lot of us later today.
Lady is keeping watch while chick snoozes. As Margo says, it's a pleasure to look in on such a peaceful scene.
The wind is getting up, but still looks fine and bright.
A thing of beauty is a joy forever.
Haven't had time to catch up before now - and this is a quick pop -in and then pop-out. Glad to see everything is ok on this nest. I must confess I originally hoped there would be more than one chick here - but when I see all the trouble elsewhere (Dyfi last week and Garten this week) I am REALLY glad that there was just the one here after all :-)
Have Rose Society meeting tonight, so not sure I'll be back later....
Lady was standing at side but now brooding Looks quite windy there
Morning Patily, I've had my eye on the cam for a bit; haven't seen Laddie but may well have logged on too late since he does tend to be something of an early bird. Looks windy both at LoTL and LG. Am heading for bed now; take care!
Lady is feeding the chick who can't be bothered to get up from the cosy nest-cup! It's the remnants of an earlier fish.
Weather is fine but overcast and windy.
Thank you for all your reports while I have been away. Both adults on the nest.
Morning everybody, not been here for a few days so catching up, so happy to see Lady and the chick looking so well, Laddie is certainly doing a good job.
The more you rush, the longer it takes
Good morning all and it all looks peaceful on the nest and good that the chick has had an early breakfast. Lady brooding the little one at the moment but saw Laddie on the nest earlier. Looks quite windy there but think it is dry for them.
Hello All, thanks to everyone for pics and posts, my last one now for a while as away on hols for a week... that chick has grown so much this week I won't recognise it when I get back.
