so it seems that we still have all four Osps we have to make a note now that it's getting near to migration when EJ was last seen wonder if she will go today hope not i want her to stay another week as i will be visiting then
Cam went down @ 0233hr, it's on 'n off, off at the mo, I keep refreshing :-(
Fingers crossed it's OK now but I'd better put browser on auto-refresh.
Thank you for starting us off, ALICAT :-)
EJ has had long vigils on the nest at least 2 days running, and Odin's been nestorising for quite a while, so we don't have any "I'm off tomorrow" signals to go by, just "it won't be long".
I'm off to sleep now, hopefully.
Thank you Alicat for starting us off and Scylla for the heads up on the cam. It's all working fine now.
04.40 A very misty morning at LG and silent.
05.02 Day cam on.
05.21 Very still and quiet.
05.28 Cally has arrived calling and mantling. The sound is quiet again :o(
Cally calling - muted sound, maybe the mist affects it?
Now part mantling. Good morning, all - or is that just Moffer :-)
05.33 Alba has joined Cally on the nest.
Morning Birdsong. It's just we 2 at the mo :o)
Now the two of them are calling
Such lovely rich colours in the morning light - the damp strengthens the colours.
Cally has flown off. I think that she's on the campost. I can hear her faintly and Alba is looking there.
Alba keeps looking up - could Cally be on campost? Such a shame we've lost that wide view :-(
Snap - Moffer
Cally flew off a couple of minutes ago. Alba still waits for breakfast.
I have reported the sound being down again on the blog.
The wide cam angle now.
As the sisters shout for their breakfast, I couldn't resist this shot of a juv GSW
Here comes the sun. We will be 'glared' out again for a while. Cally's back.
