Morning everybody, it seems so strange to be coming on and seeing nothing to report, I will have to start my knitting again to pass the time, or god forbid catch up on my house work.
You can't help but worry though in these early days
The more you rush, the longer it takes
Morning Ellieloo. yes I agree.....worry :o(
Loch Garten stats. and All the important links for LG.
Morning all. So is this it the 152 nd and possibly last daily meet up.
I suppose the most eagerly awaited thing now is the tracking data.
ChloeB and Tiger's data site ? Link to the Important Loch Garten Links
Morning Tiger. There was a GE update last evening, not showing a lot of movement over the last 3 days, so the next download should be on the 21st and we should hear soon after that.

So the wait is on then!
Good Morning ALL. SO evident there has been no action this morning- you are only on page 3.
Trouble is we will still want to watch just in case we miss something.
Morning BRENDA - I'm just waiting on 'the word' from Staff
Tiger's index threads
Good morning all......this is so surreal! Wouldn't it be strange if the girls are shown to be travelling together when the tracking is updated?
Accountants of the world unite!
Morning Brenda and Clare. I am still recording everything, and then going back over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure that we don't miss ANY possible sighting of our birds, but I feel that the girls at least, for sure have left.

My imagination has taken over CLARE -. EJ is desperately flying ahead with the the two girls behind her screaming, " Mum, you forgot to bring our breakfast !!!! "
LOL, Brenda! You forgot to mention Odin flying behind them with a fish! (That was Limpy's suggestion)
Richard Thaxton at 9.17 am
I provided cover for the night-shift last night as we are short of volunteers this week - I've not done that since 1986 so all rather nostalic really - and I can report a quiet night and early morning with no ospreys at all until Odin arrived at 07.15am, sat atop the dead tree adjacent to the nest. He was looking intently all around him for any sign of any of his family, but no, not whilst I was there anyway. Could the youngsters have gone too? It would be unusual for them to depart at the same time as the adult female, but we shall see.......

I wish sigh.
Hello Ellieloo
So the first cover in 26 years! wow. 1986 was Richard's first year with ospreys. See this blog
I just knew that the Osprey Moffer spotted in her video was Odin. What a good dad he is.
Thanks TIGER for posting Richard's post. Of course the youngsters have gone Richard :) LG Ospreys re-write the text books all the time.
Thanks also for the link TIGER
