Rothiemurchus continues to roam in Scotland. Update here - he was near LotL on 2 June. There is a note in the LotL blog that an intruder was seem that morning, but no info on the LotL thread on this forum.

Pinemartin(s) at LoTL, surely they do not mix with osprey? I am a bit puzzled about this story, does anyone have more background details? I know the nest is monitored 24/7 when nesting is happening. Maybe the pinemartin you know about, is better than the one you do not know, or some other philosophy...

Lady just arrived back on the nest with about half of the fish which Laddie delivered an hour or so ago. He arrives shortly later, and she eventually allowed him to pinch the tail section of the fish and he flew off with it.

Both birds just on nest, with Lady ?food calling, and the Laddie flew off. Windy conditions will test his fishing skills.

LotL camera is working again now - no sign of osprey life, but a gentle breeze coming through the audio. There are a few insects crawling about the nest which will be in for a shock when Lady returns and starts preparing the cup.

Just watched LotL while having lunch. Lady not incubating - had a fly around and now has now been perched preening for 15 mins on the dead tree in OG's post above. They have been able to follow a lot of this with their camera pretty well, and have zoomed in to show the nest, where I can only make...

I recall reading about changes to LotL cams in 2011? Meantime cam 1 is dud, but cam 2 has a video fuzzy picture of the loch, which looks still but is moving. Possibly geese or ducks on the water. http://www.swt.org.uk/wildlife/webcams/loch-of-lowes2/
