Reed Bunting in a 'Friday 13th' Hockey mask or maybe a Leucistic R.B.? Doesn't seem to match anything in the British lists as you know. Great capture Al!
That's not a Reed Bunting. Just look at the slim bill. I'd say it was a Reed Warbler or a Sedge Warbler, albeit a leucistic one.
It might be worth reporting this to the BTO for their survey on plumage abnormalities.

Its song is sedge warbler and song flight is sedge warbler. It's a sedge warbler :)
