Not surprisingly, there are lots of rats and mice in the harbour at St Justinians and we have measures in place to minimise the risk of accidentally transporting any to the island. But we also rely on the common sense and vigilance of all our visitors to help us keep the reserve free from harmful rodents.
So whether you’re volunteering for the week and have a mountain of food with you, or you are just visiting for the day with a picnic, we all need to be careful. Before you board the Gower Ranger for the crossing to Ramsey here’s a few things to bear in mind;
