Male hen harrier (Circus cyaneus) surveying the salt marsh. Technically this was taken at Middlebere but it was probably observed from the Arne side of the channel too. It narrowly escaped the jaws of a very wily fox minutes after this was taken. Purbeck, Dorset, UK. 08/11/10.
