It's been even more of a pleasure than usual to be working here over the Easter break. Families have been heading off and having fun doing both the Easter hunt and bunny trails and watching the rabbits and wildlife on Sandy heath ( although the hot weather has kept the rabbits below ground for most of the time!).The bluebells and wisteria are stunning and in full bloom, orange tip butterflies skim over and cuckoos are calling loudly. Most of our summer migrants have arrived, garden warblers have now added thir bubbly calls to the Lodge orchestra and whitethroats are scratchily making their presence known.Add the perfect sunny weather and it's been an Easter to remember.

The Easter trail and bunny watch and trail are still up and running on Bank Holiday Monday, so grab your sun hat and come and see us!

A very happy Easter to you and your families from us all at The Lodge
