Took a trip up to RSPB Sandy this morning with a friend- along with the new Canon 100-400mm lens I've got on hire. As we were enjoying the standard showing of tits, finches and the odd woodpecker, all of a sudden they all started shrieking and promptly scarpered.
Then this impressive Sparrowhawk swooped in and sat on the branch briefly, to our amazement. Stunning.
