As the parade of usual birds proceded there did seem something nervous and skittish about their behaviour . Suddenly ans silently flew in this wonderful specimen of a Sparrowhawk , staying for around two minutes . Using my F4 300mm lens i captured it .

As it snowed this bird stayed 20 ft from the hide feeding , rarely have i seen it so close .
