  • Hi Chris

It looks like no one has answered your post, so I would like to just say that I think Top Lodge, the staff, the facilities and everything on offer is absolutely brilliant. In the winter months I used to visit the Top Lodge Hide frequently on the weekends, and rolled off quite a few pics. There is an abundance of wildlife in Fineshade and I think that the work your doing there is excellent, well done.

I have posted a couple of pics on the Top Losge Gallery, taken from previous visits

    All the best

  • Sorry Chris

Just noticed a spelling error. I did of course mean 'Top Lodge Gallery'

For some reason it will not let me amend or edit my post

  • I made it to Top Lodge on Sat, but only as far as the loos and shop, I was only passing on my way home from somewhere else.

Just dint have the time for a wander, it was nice to see so many families around, and I spent quite a few quid on Pin Badges. Ahem.

    See you soon.

The best time to take cuttings is when no one is looking.

  • Hi there

Its a shame you didn't find the time to get round the woods. If you get the chance iwould really recommend a visit to the Hide. If you spend a little bit of time there you will be pleasantly surprised with the show of wildlife. Look out for Frankie the pheasant, he's always around, pinching the birds food.

    All the best
