I work as a Web Editor on the RSPB website.

When I'm away from my desk (and in the office, too, actually) I'm a bit of a nature addict.

I've been interested in birds since I was little (I was a member of Wildlife Explorers when it was still called the YOC!). More recently I've become interested in butterflies, moths and dragonflies. And mammals. And newts. Especially great crested newts. But I know very little about plants.

If you're around for long enough I'll probably start to tell you about my pond. Beware...

I also love taking photos - of nature, mostly.

Should I have put my Blackbird pics (on the ID ... Thrush Forum) on the 'Wildlife in my Garden' gallery first then put a link to it (however in the world I'd manage that one!) instead of the way I did it? Please keep me on the right track!

Hi Kate,

Firstly thank you for your concern it is much appreciated.

I was informed by an LG Blogger that there was a new Blog out so I proceded to open my bookmark to take me to the page only to find I coud not make a comment on the blog from Alice as there was not a space for me to do so.

Looking to the ntop of the page I found I needed log in which I duly and was told my info was not correct etc.

The only way I could get to be able to make a comment was to re-join with a new Password and Avatar but my e-mail address was OK.

I am bnow back CliveT as I was before the changeover to the present format.

If you can see anyway in which this does not happen again I shall be very pleased.

I appreciate there are demons at times with computers/websites etc but it's so annoying.

Once again I appreciate your concern.
